The Metamorphosis Book Cover

The goal of the project was to create a book cover. I selected The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka. I chose to focus on elements that represent metamorphosis abstractly with the pupil of the eye acting like an egg yolk and the text wrapping in a circle. Alongside this I also put a simultaneous focus on both horror and human elements with flesh textures in the background.
